Subject: Sonja Heinie!
Once again, whoever controls this collection went wild with the editing and put fanciful wipes in to this short piece (though I'm sure it was longer at one point.. What IS the point?). This was quite interesting! Loved the drum corps! And the movie theatre in the background! Should we see One In A Million after the parade?

Subject: Don't Forget the Pancake Feed at the Parish Hall Afterwards
Brief clips of a church festival parade in San Francisco in 1937, narrated by somebody who remembers such festivals. The womanâs drum corps forms a striking image, but mostly this is pretty ordinary.
