Subject: Wonderful Baby
Irene Dunne and Cary Grant are great in this touching melodram, but the star of the film is the baby. The best baby in film I ever saw. Wonderful.

Subject: Grotesque ending.
This film starts out wonderful. Well, Grant-Dunne wonderful, if you're into that sort of thing. But as it progresses it gets sappy. And in the end it illustrates both an utter lack of storytelling ability and a horrifyingly poor choice of plot device. Which is not to say others wouldn't like it. Which is why I am not including any specifics that may spoil the experience. But be forewarned: nausea is as probable response as tears.

Subject: Penny Serenade... Orrrrr Perils of Loved Ones Lost
I simply loved this show. Cary was at his usual best. This show will defiantly jerk tears from the eyes of those who watch it. Prepare yourself for a well produced, edited and a cast of three of my favorite actors. They all had a hard hitting part in this movie. If even one character had been left out or replaced by another this show would never have made it as a classic.
Prepare for a good show when you download this movie. Have a six pack in the fridge for each person watching and a bottle of your favorite booze. Ohhhh, I almost forgot, a box of Kleenex on the coffee table.
This is really a good shoe as Ed S. wouldÂve said back in the 50Âs huh???
Well gotta go for now. Enjoy this show. I did.

Subject: Tearjerking at its Best
Trite, heavy, maudlin, and hysterically funny, watching a couple dote over their adopted baby. Totally enjoyable. There's lots of room for criticism for specifics (especially the kid when she got older) but the storyline tugged at me the entire way and Cary Grant shows marvelous versatility in his ability to draw laughter and tears.
